• You will receive a Packet of information after you have
scheduled your procedure. This packet will include:

1. Information explaining your procedure
2. Instructions on stopping your medications
3. A prescription for preparation medication (if needed)
4. Pre-procedure diet instructions
5. Directions to the Endoscopy Center and
parking instructions
6. Patient Registration Form

• Please read these instructions at least one week before
your procedure
